Langtang Trekking
Langtang National Park lies north of Kathmandu and is easily reached by road. The Park contains high mountains inhabited by Langtang Sherpas, who are a Tibet origin-Burman people. The Valley itself is very beautiful, surrounded by the great Himalayan range. You can, if you wish, climb Tserkori (5184m) getting spectacular views of the Langtang Glacier. A typical day begins early, you rise and shine with the sun, pack and eat a hearty breakfast. Seven thirty, let’s go! If you are in Teahouse trekking we suggest to take along with you pack lunch from Kyanjin Gompa because to Tserkori and return Kyanjin Gompa same day it is quite long walk but we have to do there are no teahouse lodge after Kyanjin Gompa. Although the walking may be hard work, there is plenty of time to stop and look at the scenery, flora and fauna. Despite the fact that the paths we walk are occasionally quite steep, they are only of moderate technical difficulty (which means you need to be fit!). Each member will carry their own daypack with personal items needed during the day; camera, a sweater, mineral water etc. During the day it can be quite warm, while at night and high up at Kyanjin it can be very cold.

Day 03: Syabru Gaon trek to Lama Hotel (2470m.)
Day 04: Lama Hotel to Langtang village (3430m.)
Day 05: Langtang Village trek to Kyanjin Gompa (3870m.)
Day 06: Rest day at Kyanjin Gompa (3870m)
Day 07: Kyanjin Gompa trek to Lama Hotel
Day 08: Lama Hotel trek to Syabru Besi (1450m)
Day 09: Syabru Besi drive to Kathmandu (1300m)
